The chalice with silver purity 800 (800/000), marked with a crescent and a crown ('Halbmond und Reichskrone') and with the maker's mark of Wilhelm Binder, Schäbisch Gmünd, established in 1869.

The basket marked with the lion passant mark and number '2' (silver purity 833/000), the date letter K (for 1920) and the maker's mark 'JDV'.
