Gilt spine with five raised bands and monogram 'G.B.', referring to Germaine Beghin, who married Victor Mauroy in Lille on February 4, 1911. The book was used during this ceremony, as well as during the wedding ceremony of Henriette De Witte and Roland Mauroy, married in Lauwe on January 12, 1952.

A luxurious 'Holy Mass' entirely hand-embellished with watercolour and gilt accents. This sumptuous publication was produced to commemorate a happy event (wedding or birth). The work concludes with a double-page spread entitled 'Souvenirs' framed by a floral composition highlighted in gold.
