- Would benefit of a cleaning.
- Minor wear, especially the typical wear on the borders due to the framing.
- Under UV-light some overpaint and retouching visible, especially first floor row of houses on the left, the bench in the bottom right and the church window. No retouching of the figures.
- Visible network of craquelures.
