The dial inscribed with the name of Pavel Bure. The base marked 'Margaine Paris' and the work carrying the mark for Margaine and both work and base with the number '13962'. ‘Watchmakers and clockmakers of the world’ by B. Loomes lists Francois-Arsene Margaine as working in Paris (1869-1914) from Rue Beranger 22 and Rue Bondy 54. He is regarded as one of the very best carriage clock makers.

- The clock in very good and working condition.

- Some superficial wear and negligible traces of use.

- The springs tested with the key and tension is present.

- We've started the clock two days ago and the clock works fully as it should, with music at every hour.
