- The painting in general in very good and hangable condition, with the typical minor superficial wear to the borders, due to the framing.

- Minimal damage, barely worth mentioning, just below the armrest of the right seat.

- Relined.

- UV-light shows foremost the typical colour of the varnish, with some overpaint in different phases (oldest phase: middle part seat at the left side, top left corner, top border; more recent phase: under the table and the feet of the clergyman on the left, at the bottom of the chair on the right, behind the chair in the middle, etc.). Overpaint hardly touching the figures.
