- A 'V' on the front: Dutch import mark (1814-1953).

- 'Diana head with letter A' for Vienna.

- Maker's mark 'J.C.K.' for Josef Carl Klinkosch. Maybe an inofficial maker's mark for export items or a later added mark.

- The 'double eagle' shows that the firm was purveyor to the court.
