'Construction d’un temple en ruine à la déesse Vanadé' is the result of a collaboration between the French writer Alain Robbe-Grillet, known as a representative of the Nouveau Roman, and the Belgian artist Paul Delvaux. With the printer, they worked for four years on this 'dialogue' between the word and the image.
