Michel Collet (Brussels, °14 June 1778) married twice, the first time to Marie Thérèse Colet and the second time to Albertine Laboruer (Brussels, 17 September 1784 - Brussels, 23 October 1860).

Jozef Quisthoudt (Antwerp, 1883 - Ypres, 1953) was trained at the Antwerp Art Academy and subsequently worked for a time in the studio of J. De Vriendt. From 1914 to 1922, he lived in The Hague, building a reputation as a portrait painter. In 1923, he moved to Ypres, primarily to work as a portrait painter.
