The Ukrainian artist Volodymyr (Vladimir) Miller (Melnikov) (°24 August 1940, Ivanovo, Russia) studied at the Moscow Architectural Institute and was active in the artistic scene in Moscow in the 1970s. In 1986, he moved to Lviv, where he devoted himself to painting.
